International Shipping

Free Shipping

• Please be aware that I am able to offer free shipping within the USA on all orders by using Forever Stamps, but because of this method of shipping, you will not receive tracking details. 

Large Orders

• For larger items/orders that exceed the size or weight allowed to ship with Forever Stamps, your order will still be shipped via USPS but in a package instead of an envelope. In these cases, tracking details may be provided. 

Processing Time

• Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. As a small business, I will work to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding. 

Delivery Time within the USA

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically take 3-5 business days according to the USPS.

Tracking

• Items that are shipped in an envelope using Forever Stamps will not have tracking information available. However, larger items/orders that exceed the size or weight allowed to ship with Forever Stamps, your order will still be shipped via USPS but in a package instead of an envelope. In these cases, tracking details may be provided.

I pour my heart into each creation, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Because these items are hand made, returns are generally not accepted.

• Due to the nature of handmade items, all sales are final. This means I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• I understand that things happen. If there's a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me using the contact form within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number.
• Problems with your order may include significant defects in craftsmanship, or errors in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong size or item).

• I may be able to rectify the situation by offering a discount code on a future purchase, or replacing the item if feasible.

• To help ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
• While I truly wish I could, I can't be responsible for packages shipped via letter mail that unfortunately get lost in transit. This shipping method doesn't include tracking, so it becomes impossible to locate a package once it's in the hands of the postal service.
