I pour my heart into each creation, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. Because these items are hand made, returns are generally not accepted.

General Policy
  • Due to the nature of handmade items, all sales are final. This means I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Problems with Your Order
  • I understand that things happen. If there's a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me using the contact form within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number.
  • Problems with your order may include significant defects in craftsmanship, or errors in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong size or item).
Solution
  • I may be able to rectify the situation by offering a discount code on a future purchase, or replacing the item if feasible.
Shipping
  • To help ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • While I truly wish I could, I can't be responsible for packages shipped via letter mail that unfortunately get lost in transit. This shipping method doesn't include tracking, so it becomes impossible to locate a package once it's in the hands of the postal service.
