- I strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, I cannot guarantee that the colors and details will be displayed perfectly on your screen.
- All sizes and measurements are approximate.
Ordering and Payment
- You can place orders through my website. I accept various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and shipping destination.
- I aim to process and ship orders within 1-10 business days depending on how many orders I receive.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
- I am not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
- Sorry, I currently do not offer international shipping.
Free Shipping
- Please be aware that I am able to offer free shipping within the USA on all orders by using Forever Stamps, but because of this method of shipping, you will not receive tracking details.
Large Orders
- For larger items/orders that exceed the size or weight allowed to ship with Forever Stamps, your order will still be shipped via USPS but in a package instead of an envelope. In these cases, tracking details may be provided.
Processing Time
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. As a small business, I will work to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Time within the USA
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically take 3-5 business days according to the USPS.
Tracking
- Items that are shipped in an envelope using Forever Stamps will not have tracking information available. However, larger items/orders that exceed the size or weight allowed to ship with Forever Stamps, your order will still be shipped via USPS but in a package instead of an envelope. In these cases, tracking details may be provided.
- Due to the nature of handmade items, all sales are final. This means I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- I understand that things happen. If there's a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me using the contact form within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number.
- Problems with your order may include significant defects in craftsmanship, or errors in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong size or item).
- I may be able to rectify the situation by offering a discount code on a future purchase, or replacing the item if feasible.
- To help ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- While I truly wish I could, I can't be responsible for packages shipped via letter mail that unfortunately get lost in transit. This shipping method doesn't include tracking, so it becomes impossible to locate a package once it's in the hands of the postal service.
